Shipping

We currently ship within the United States.

• Processing Time: Orders are packed and shipped within 2-5 business days.

• Shipping Rates: Calculated based on location and weight. Orders over $50 qualify for free shipping.

• Carrier: We ship via USPS Ground Advantage®

• Tracking: A tracking link will be emailed to you as soon as your order ships.

Please note that shipping times may vary due to carrier delays or high order volume.

Returns & Exchanges

Because we sell consumable products, all sales are final. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for opened or used items.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at herbs@teawaukee.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll make it right.

Cancellations

To cancel an order, email herbs@teawaukee.com within 12 hours of purchase. We cannot cancel orders once they’ve been packed or shipped.
